This policy explains what personal data we collect when you join the Face Studio founding list, why we collect it, and the rights you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

• Your email address — the one you enter in the waitlist form.
• Consent record — the fact, date and time that you ticked the consent box and confirmed your email (double opt-in), stored so we can show your consent was given.

That's it. We do not ask for your name, payment details, or any sensitive information at this stage.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your email only to:

• tell you when Face Studio opens and give you early founding access;
• send occasional updates and ask what you most need, so we build it around you.

Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give it by ticking the box and confirming your email, and you can withdraw it at any time (see below).

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers that make the list work, acting as our processors:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, EU) — stores the list and sends the emails. See Brevo's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site and processes the form request. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we decide not to launch — whichever comes first. After that we remove it from our active list within a reasonable period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you;
• correct it if it's wrong;
• have it deleted ("right to be forgotten");
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• object to or restrict our use of it;
• ask for a copy in a portable format;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

Cookies and tracking

This waitlist page does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, we'll update this policy first.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
