14-day money-back guarantee. If the club isn't for you, email us within 14 days of the day you join, and we'll refund you in full. If you join before October 19, 2026, the 14 days start on October 19, so you have up to and including November 2, 2026. You don't need to give a reason, and it doesn't matter how much you've used the club.
Email hello@joinfacestudio.com from the address you joined with, and say you'd like a refund. That's all.
We'll confirm by email, end your membership and refund what you paid to the card you used, within 14 days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
You can cancel at any time from your account page, under Manage subscription, or by emailing us. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund the unused part of a billing period, unless the law where you live says we must.
Canceling stops future payments. It doesn't refund you by itself. If you cancel within your 14 days, we'll email you to ask whether you'd also like your money back.
If you were charged by mistake, for example after you'd already canceled, email us and we'll refund it.
If you live in the EU or the UK, the law also gives you 14 days from the day you join to cancel and get your money back, without giving a reason. Our guarantee already covers that, and refunds you in full even if you've started using the club. Just email us.
