Terms of Membership

These terms cover your membership in the Face Studio club with Tati Dembowska. They're written to be read, so they're short. By joining, you agree to them.

Who we are

The club is run by Alexander Dembouski Studio (sole proprietor Alexander Dembouski), registered in Poland at ul. Władysława Pytlasińskiego 16/13, 00-777 Warszawa, Poland. Tati Dembowska creates and leads the sessions. You can reach us at hello@joinfacestudio.com.

What your membership includes

• A weekly plan: two face sessions for the week and one from the library, each about 15 minutes, some shorter.
• The library: sessions you can do any time, for as long as you're a member.
• Ask Tati: you can send Tati questions about your face or the sessions at any time, and she'll answer.
• Your calendar and progress: kept in your account.

How weekly sessions work. Each weekly face session is open during its week. After that, it's taken down and comes back in about 3 months. The library stays open. We add, update and sometimes retire sessions over time, and the exact content of the club changes as it grows.

Starting date. The club calendar starts on Monday, October 19, 2026. If you join before then, you get a few sessions to start with and the library right away, and the weekly plan starts on October 19.

Personal technique check. If you join by November 1, 2026, you can send Tati one short video of yourself doing an exercise. Send it by November 30, 2026, and she'll reply in writing. Only Tati and the small team who run the club can see it. The video is deleted 30 days after she replies.

Sessions are pre-recorded. The club does not include live classes.

What you need

• An email address you can open. We sign you in with a link sent there.
• A phone, tablet or computer with an up-to-date browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox) and an internet connection good enough for video.
• Nothing to install. A bigger screen makes it easier to see Tati's hands.

Price and payment

• The membership costs the monthly price shown when you join, in US dollars. The price shown is the price you pay and includes any VAT we are required to charge.
• You pay when you join. If you join before October 19, 2026, your first payment covers you until November 19, 2026. Your next payment is on November 19, and then on the 19th of every month. If you join later, you're charged on the same day each month as the day you joined.
• Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank may add a conversion fee.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• We email you a receipt for every payment.
• If a payment fails, we'll email you so you can update your card, and Stripe will try again over the next few days. If it still doesn't go through, your membership ends, and if you rejoin later, you'll pay the price for new members at that time.

Your price is locked in. We won't raise the price of your membership for as long as it stays active. The price for new members may go up over time. If you cancel and later rejoin, you'll pay the price for new members at that time.

Canceling

You can cancel at any time from your account page, under Manage subscription. It takes two clicks. Or email us and we'll cancel your membership for you. If your email reaches us before your next payment date, you won't be charged again.

When you cancel, you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Outside the 14-day guarantee below, we don't refund the unused part of a billing period, unless the law where you live says we must. The club is billed monthly; there is no annual plan at the moment.

Canceling stops future payments. It doesn't refund you by itself. If you cancel within your 14 days, we'll email you to ask whether you'd also like your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

If the club isn't for you, email hello@joinfacestudio.com within 14 days of the day you join, and we'll refund you in full, whether or not you've used the club, and end your membership. If you join before October 19, 2026, the 14 days start on October 19, so you have up to and including November 2, 2026. More detail is in our refund policy.

Your legal right to cancel (EU and UK)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law also gives you 14 days from the day you join to cancel (in the EU, to withdraw from the contract) and get your money back, without giving a reason. Our money-back guarantee already covers this, and refunds you in full even if you've started using the club. Just email us a clear statement that you want to cancel. We'll refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with.

Your health and safety

The sessions are exercise and self-massage for your face and neck, plus posture work. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and Tati is not your doctor.

• Read the list of contraindications before you start. It says which conditions rule the sessions out and which need your doctor's OK first. If you're unsure, ask your doctor.
• Work gently. Some tenderness is normal. Sharp pain isn't. Stop right away if you feel sharp pain, dizziness, nausea, numbness, unusual weakness or any change in your vision.
• If you've had cosmetic surgery on your face or neck, wait 6 months before you start. After injectables such as Botox or fillers, or any other treatment, follow the advice of the person who treated you before working on that area.

Results vary from person to person, and we don't promise any particular result.

Your account

Your membership is for you personally. You must be 18 or over to join. Please don't share your login or pass on the sessions. We sign you in with a link sent to your email, so anyone who can open your inbox can open your account. Please keep it private.

All sessions, videos and materials belong to us or to Tati Dembowska. You may watch and use them for your own practice. You may not copy, download, record, share, sell or publish them.

We may suspend or end a membership if it's shared or misused. If we ever end your membership for any other reason, we'll refund the unused part of the period you've paid for.

What you send us

Questions you send through Ask Tati and videos you send for a technique check stay yours. We use them only to answer you. If Tati shares an answer with other members, she never includes your name. We never show your videos to other members. How we handle this data is explained in our privacy policy.

Please don't send anything unlawful, offensive, or anyone else's personal details or images.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep the club available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. If the club is down for more than 3 days in a row, contact us and we'll make it right, for example by refunding that time.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer. Apart from that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Complaints

If something isn't working or you're unhappy with the club, email hello@joinfacestudio.com. Tell us your name, the email you joined with, and what went wrong. We'll reply within 14 days, and usually much sooner.

Your copy of these terms

When you join, we email you a copy of these terms as they stand on that day. This version is dated October 1, 2026. Earlier versions are available on request.

Changes to these terms

If we make a significant change to these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then. Changes to these terms never raise your locked-in price.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country (or US state) where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a problem, please email us first. Most things can be sorted out quickly.

Model cancellation form (EU and UK)

You don't have to use this form. An email saying you want to cancel is enough. If you'd like to use it, copy it into an email to hello@joinfacestudio.com.
